PERDURE was formed in 2012, and has built an enviable reputation for focused projects and high quality work to become a prominent brand in the Industry.
We offer a wide range of services from small budget designs to high-end projects. We not only provide a full stack of architectural and design services but we also assist in all aspects of a project right from the inception of the concept, designing layout, budgeting, selection of furnishings and fittings, till complete execution of the project and ultimately Handover.

OUR TEAM
Mr. Shrikant S Patki, has an eye for detail and is committed to delivering excellent services / products to his large client base. He has over 9+ years of strong experience in shaping up impossible projects to marvellous designs to client satisfaction.
He takes pride in completing projects ahead of time and each of the company’s projects have had a touch of excellence by him as he still manages to look into each project that is going on.
He has high moral values and ensures that the same reflects in all members of his team.
A philanthropist by heart who is passionate to educate and empower the youth of India through many educational programs inclined towards the underprivileged and street children right up to their secured employment. He has involved himself in many other such social work as this, as per him, is a way of giving it back to the society.
Mr Gajendra Rao has been a part of the Perdure family literally from when it was a concept on a napkin in a coffee shop. A technologist by training and trade, Gajendra handles the technology behind the organization. In addition to this he also has a wealth of knowledge on Home Automation and Smart Home concepts and brings these to you. Some of the unique concepts he has worked on and successfully delivered are Energy Efficient systems, Smart Lighting, Automated Doors, Shades, etc and A/V systems.
